K2M Design Inc. is seeking a Proposal Manager who will lead the end-to-end proposal process and collaborate with a small in-house marketing team. This role supports municipal, county, state, and federal pursuits and offers flexibility to work from any K2M office or remotely for the right candidate.

You will develop content strategies, coordinate production, and contribute to branding and marketing materials while maintaining strong client relationships and winning outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Public Relations.
• 10+ years of work experience writing and developing proposals.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and InDesign.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and O365 programs.
• Experience working on public proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the proposal process, including creation, organization, development, and production.
• Provide technical writing, editing, production coordination, document management through final production.
• Research background materials and interpret proposal requirements to prepare responses.
• Produce writing/content for sales/marketing teams, including marketing materials, proposals, website, social media, and business communications.
• Prepare proposals and presentations by developing go-to-market content strategies with market leaders.
• Maintain databases for branding, proposal/marketing content and standard components (resume, project experience sheets, services).
• Assist with applications and submittals to design competitions and other awards.

• Responsible for leading the proposal process, including the creation, organization, development, and production of proposals and other formally requested customer and/or market-initiated information.
• Provides technical writing, technical editing, production coordination, document management, and content development of proposal documentation through final production.
• Researches background materials and interprets proposal requirements to prepare responses.
• Produce writing and other content creation tasks for the sales and marketing teams, including marketing materials, proposals, web site, social media, and general business communications.
• Prepares proposals and presentations by developing go to market content strategies in deliverable material with market leaders.
• Maintaining databases for branding, proposal / marketing content and standard components, such as company information, resumes, project experience sheets, and services.
• Assist with the application and submittal to design competitions and other types of company awards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University with a background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations.
• (10+) years’ work experience writing and developing proposals.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs. Indesign a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and O365 Programs.
• Aptitude for learning new programs.
• Experience working on public proposals.
