Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible proposal-development experience in engineering/construction or similar.
• Strong writing, editing, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex requirements and translate into client-focused content.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned proposal efforts and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality proposals.
• Develop compliance matrices, schedules, outlines, and response tools from RFQs/RFPs.
• Coordinate graphics, content workshops, and reviews to ensure technical accuracy and persuasiveness.
• Lead final production, validation, and on-time submission of proposals.
