Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead complex proposal development efforts within the Energy proposal team. This role involves collaborating with business development, operations, and engineering to create compelling, client-focused proposals. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in project management within the A/E/C or EPC industries.

The position requires strong technical writing skills and proficiency in essential software tools like MS Office and Adobe. Flexible work opportunities are available, and the role is based in Lone Tree, Colorado or other offices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project and/or team management experience in A/E/C, EPC or related industries.
• Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• Occasional travel (less than 10%) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development efforts from solicitation release through final submission.
• Facilitate alignment discussions to establish proposal priorities.
• Identify proposal risks, gaps, and areas of misalignment.
