Job summary

STO Building Group is seeking a skilled Proposal Coordinator to support Abbott-related pursuits. You will organize teams, shape content, and ensure high-quality, compliant proposals and collateral that reflect our capabilities.

The role emphasizes clear writing, design-aware layout, and collaboration with BD partners to meet deadlines and win work. A strong background in marketing communications is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal and presentation planning and coordination, page layout, drafting tailored proposal content, graphics development, and editing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with emphasis on superior persuasive writing and presentation ability.
• Experience coaching others in interviews/presentations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pursuit teams to advance our positioning and deliver proposals that resonate with clients.
• Contribute to proposal content development and tailoring for client needs.
• Provide formatting, graphics coordination, proofreading, and brand-adherent production.
• Maintain qualifications statements, project descriptions, and resumes for easy access in Cosential/boilerplate libraries.
