Job summary

The ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's or master's degree along with relevant experience in proposal estimating, finance, and government contracting. Exceptional skills in Excel and relevant software tools are also prerequisites.

Qualifications

• 5 years proposal or material estimating experience for Level 3 or 3 years for Level 4.
• Experience in finance, contracts, and operations.
• Must be able to obtain U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and schedule proposals.
• Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements.
• Coordinate collection of information from functional departments.
