Job summary

Techno Consult Engineering, PC seeks a Senior Proposal Coordinator to drive growth across transportation, water, facilities, and public infrastructure markets. You will craft client-focused content, coordinate pursuit materials, and mentor junior staff from kickoff to submission.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in marketing/proposal coordination, with strong writing and project management skills, and familiarity with NY/NJ procurement processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in marketing, proposal coordination, or BD support.
• AEC industry experience preferred.
• Experience preparing proposals and qualifications for public/private clients.
• Familiarity with NY/NJ procurement processes preferred.
• Bachelor's in Marketing/Comm/Eng/Journalism preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Experience with CMS and digital marketing tools a plus.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals, qualifications, presentations from kickoff to submission.
• Collaborate with technical staff and leadership on content.
• Maintain marketing resources: project profiles, resumes, qualifications, BD materials.
• Write/edit proposal content, project sheets, awards, brochures, and marketing comms.
• Support capture planning with strategic messaging and differentiators.
• Assist with market research, opportunity tracking, and BD initiatives.
• Help manage website content, digital marketing, and social media.
• Ensure materials meet quality, branding, and submission requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and improve proposal/marketing processes.
