Techno Consult Engineering, PC is seeking a driven Senior Proposal Coordinator to advance our growth across transportation, water, facilities, and public infrastructure markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in marketing, proposal coordination, or business development support.
• AEC industry experience preferred.
• Experience preparing proposals/qualifications for public and private sector clients.
• Familiarity with NY/NJ public agency procurement processes preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Experience with CMS and digital marketing tools a plus.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals, qualifications, presentations, and other pursuit materials from kickoff through submission.
• Collaborate with technical staff and leadership to develop client-focused proposal content.
• Maintain marketing resources: project profiles, resumes, qualifications, and BD materials.
• Write and edit proposal content, project sheets, awards, brochures, and marketing communications.
• Support capture planning with strategic messaging, differentiators, and visuals.
• Assist with market research, opportunity tracking, and business development.
• Manage website content, digital marketing, and social media communications.
• Ensure materials meet quality, branding, and submission requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and improve processes.

Compensation

The anticipated compensation range for this position is between $65,000/yr-$95,000/yr. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
