Qualifications

• 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years with Masters; 10 years with PhD/JD; or 19 years with HS diploma.
• 9+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership within defense or federal contracting.
• Proven track record of developing winning solutions for large federal proposals.
• Deep knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, requirements analysis, and compliance standards.
• Strong communication skills — able to translate technical solutions into compelling business narratives.
• Experience with risk management, cost estimation, and lifecycle sustainment planning.
• Active DoD TOP SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of executable solutions for federal opportunities.
• Shape technical strategy of bids and proposals; translate requirements into narratives.
• Collaborate with capture, proposal, engineering, and program management teams.
• Ensure solutions are compliant, deliverable, and competitively differentiated.
• Support oral presentations, demonstrations, and customer engagements.
• Lead requirement analysis and decomposition for complex federal opportunities.
• Develop solution concepts, trade-offs, and recommended approaches.
