Qualifications

• 15 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's in related field.
• 13 years relevant experience with a Master's in related field.
• 10 years relevant experience with a PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more mission-focused disciplines (ISR, C5ISR, systems engineering, all-domain sensing, etc.).
• 9+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership within defense or federal contracting.

Responsibilities

• Win the work by shaping the technical strategy of a bid or proposal.
• Translate customer requirements into a compelling, compliant solution narrative.
• Collaborate with proposal managers, capture teams, pricing, and business development.
• Define architectures across domains (C5ISR, cyber, AI/ML, unmanned systems).
• Ensure solutions are open-architecture, cybersecurity compliant, and interoperable.
• Lead requirement analysis and decomposition for complex federal opportunities.
• Develop solution concepts, trade-off analyses, and recommended approaches.
