Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior Proposal Analyst for the Material Estimating Organization. The role focuses on developing, analyzing and completing material proposals and coordinating with functions across the company to evaluate costs for proposed contracts.

This onsite position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance and typically a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience. Strong Excel/Word skills and FAR/DFARS knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze and complete material proposals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to evaluate material and direct costs for proposed contracts.
• Lead the development of Material Basis of Estimates and ensure FAR/compliance.
