Location: New York, NY with options to work across Chicago, Atlanta, and Dallas markets. The position reports to the Retail Middle Market Property platform and emphasizes collaboration, risk assessment, and profitable portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of direct property underwriting experience, preferably retail middle market.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, evaluate, and underwrite new and renewal middle market property business.
• Analyze documentation per underwriting standards and request information when needed.
• Present quotation terms to brokers and clients within authority.
• Build strong relationships with brokers, clients, and internal teams.
