Vistra Corporate Services Company is seeking an experienced property tax leader to own the function end to end. You will manage outside tax providers, appraisers, and counsel while partnering with development, FP&A, real estate, and fixed asset accounting on forecasts and payments.

The role emphasizes tax compliance, planning, and effective cross-functional communication with business leaders across multiple functions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of property tax experience; Big 4 or valuation firm background preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and property tax requirements.
• Experience managing outside tax providers with strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the LRP property tax forecast and communicate key assumptions to upper management.
• Manage payment funding approvals and information requests across departments and jurisdictions.
• Support the protest and appeal process with outside consultants and counsel.
• Review property tax forecast models for appropriate assumptions for the development team.
• Analyze financial statements and data as they relate to tax compliance and tax planning.
