Job summary
Allianz Commercial in the US West region is seeking a property engineer consultant located in California, Arizona, or Nevada to support site surveys and loss control for mid-market and large clients. The role combines field work with underwriting support across multiple occupancies.
You will lead risk assessments, generate reports, collaborate with underwriting, and help clients improve resilience. A 7+ year background in Property Risk with earthquake risk, and a degree in Fire Protection
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Property Risk Engineering with earthquake risk focus.
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection or related engineering field.
- Experience in global corporate property accounts and multiple occupancies.
- Willingness to travel within the US (and occasional international travel).
Responsibilities
- Support large corporate clients with on-site field surveys and risk assessments.
- Prepare risk engineering reports and recommendations for underwriting.
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and clients to enhance resilience.
- Maintain data entry and adhere to GSOP requirements.
