Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Risk and Claims Manager to oversee all property, casualty, general liability, and workers’ compensation claims processing. You will proactively identify risk exposures and update policies to mitigate risks.

The role includes leading a Risk Management team, implementing loss control programs with Operations, and coordinating with carriers and brokers for claims and renewals. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline or equivalent work/education.
• 5+ years of property/workers compensation claims management experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Excellent organizational, planning, analytical and communication skills.
• Public speaking and risk/safety training experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reporting of all claims to carriers and owners.
• Manage workers’ compensation program and OSHA incident reporting.
• Notify properties of changes in insurance carriers and Workers Comp facilities.
• Develop and implement loss control programs with Operations.
• Mentor and develop Risk Management team.
• Coordinate collection of documents for litigation responses.
