Job summary

Aon Corporation in the United States seeks a Senior Property Placement Broker – Power & Renewable Energy to lead strategy, design, and marketing of builders' risk and operational property programs. You will manage submissions, client service, and terms with underwriters, while traveling to support sales across major markets.

Requirement includes 10-15+ years in insurance, strong knowledge of property coverages, and excellent communication skills; a Bachelor's degree is expected.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of relevant insurance P&C business experience.
• Validated knowledge of Property Insurance coverages.
• Ability to travel to support sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategy, design, and marketing of power and renewable energy programs.
• Coordinate submission information with clients and internal teams.
• Provide broking status and continuous client service throughout engagement.
• Develop client presentations and present terms with Account Management.
• Negotiate terms directly with underwriters and maintain relationships.
• Drive use of technology in broking and client service processes.
• Manage RFP tenders and client/producing office relationships.
