PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a General Manager of Operations to oversee day-to-day property projects, inspections, vendor management, and capital expenditures.

You will lead project plans, define scope, assess risks, and assign tasks while supervising resident account ledgers and charges. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily property management and project oversight.
• Knowledge of resident accounts, ledgers, and vendor invoicing.
• Ability to develop and manage project plans and budgets.
• Strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project oversight, property inspections, and budget control.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with policies.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate move-in/out and large property events as needed.
• Communicate project status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
