GGP is seeking an Operations Manager for Riverside, CA to oversee the property's operation, maintenance, and long-term preservation. You will support the Sr General Manager and ensure a positive guest experience through well-maintained assets.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and knowledge of building systems, with focus on safety, sustainability, and fiscal discipline. On-site, full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience or training in shopping centers or equivalent management and leadership.
• 3+ years of facilities operations or construction management preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial building systems, HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, JDEdwards, Proliance.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the property in a cost-efficient manner, maintaining facilities to standards.
• Coordinate construction, safety, and contracted services and compliance with lease requirements.
• Develop tenant relationships and supervise pre-construction and follow-up with contractors.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs and vendor compliance.
• Monitor safety, utility usage, and participate in crisis response planning.
• Support sustainability efforts and cross-department collaboration on objectives.
