Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site property personnel across both properties.
• Oversee vendors and service providers for maintenance, security, and energy management.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure issues are addressed.
• Coordinate with ownership, design, and construction teams during redevelopment.
• Develop capital plans, budgets, and procurement processes.
• Maintain positive tenant relations and communicate with stakeholders regularly.
• Support financial reporting and variance analysis with the finance team.
• Lead on-site operations and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
