Horning Management Company is seeking a Senior Property Manager, Transitions, to take operational ownership of a 432-unit affordable housing portfolio in Northeast DC. You will oversee occupancy, collections, compliance, maintenance, and the on-site team while leading stabilization work to meet ownership goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive multifamily property management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee four-property portfolio operations including occupancy, collections, and maintenance.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, and variance narratives.
• Ensure compliance, recertifications, and MOR/REAC readiness.
• Represent Horning in transitions, inspections, and lender/investor visits.
