Job summary

Space Investment Partners is seeking a Senior Property Manager to support property-level operations across a portfolio of retail and light industrial assets in Southern California, working closely with Asset Management, Acquisitions, and Accounting teams to drive operational excellence.

The role focuses on lease administration, budgeting, vendor management, and building presentation, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring superior customer service across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience in commercial property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant arrears and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Prepare and finalize annual operating and capital budgets and operating expense reconciliations for each property.
• Oversee invoices, approvals, and liaise with accounting to ensure timely payments.
• Prepare Capex approval forms and ensure lease administration processes (rent reviews, approvals, set-up) are followed.
• Maintain accurate tenancy schedules in Yardi or MRI; keep electronic lease files up to date.
