Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager for a field-based role serving the Calabasas/LA area. You will own a portfolio of outdoor retail centers, visiting sites 2–3 days weekly and collaborating from our Calabasas office other days.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, strong tenant relations, and vendor coordination. The position requires 5+ years of retail real estate experience, an active CA real estate license, and proficiency in Excel/Outlook.

Competenze

• 5+ years of commercial RETAIL real estate experience REQUIRED.
• Experience managing shopping center or retail portfolios.
• Active California Real Estate License (or ability to obtain one).
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills.
• Experience managing vendors and maintenance projects.
• Tech-forward mindset with comfort using data, prop-tech, and emerging AI tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of 13 outdoor retail shopping centers (under 1M square feet total, roughly 130 tenants)
• Conduct regular property visits based on portfolio activity and property needs
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships through proactive communication
• Coordinate vendors for all maintenance and repair needs, including sourcing, scheduling, oversight, and follow-up
• Review invoices and manage property expenditures
• Partner with accounting on budgeting and financial planning activities
• Analyze property and operational data to support business decisions
• Conduct occasional property showings as needed
• Utilize tools including Avid, Excel, and Outlook and leverage prop-tech and data-driven solutions
