Qualifications

• Must have previous experience managing staff.
• Must be computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office.
• Ideal candidate is customer service oriented and has proven leadership and communication skills.
• Yardi experience is a plus but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the apartment community with maintenance coordination.
• Manage staff including leasing agents and maintenance personnel; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain high standards for property appearance and curb appeal with regular inspections.
• Handle resident relations and implement retention programs for community satisfaction.
• Prepare and review reports such as daily activity logs, market surveys, and financial statements.
