Responsabilités

• Supervise all on-site staff, including hiring, training, supervision, and corrective actions.
• Establish and monitor the property budget to meet financial goals and maximize revenue.
• Coordinate maintenance programs and resident requests to maintain market-ready units.
• Inspect and ensure property appearance, safety, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Prepare reports and communicate with Regional Supervisors on property performance.
