Job summary

ECI Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community in Texas. You will lead staff, manage leasing, renewals, collections, and financial reporting while delivering exceptional resident service.

You will drive team performance, ensure compliance, and coordinate training with regional leadership. This hands-on role emphasizes customer service and operational excellence within a multi-family environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the multi-family industry, prior experience as a Property Manager is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and YARDI or similar industry standard programs
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills including the ability to establish relationships with colleagues, supervisors, guests, vendors, contractors, and the public.
• Ability to accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance in accordance with company policy to meet business and operational needs.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for the property and staff including security, maintenance, leasing, and property financials.
• Ensure compliance with Community Policies and lease agreements; respond to violations and communicate with the residents.
• Inspect the property on a regular basis to verify the condition of vacant apartments.
• Maintain office and resident files in a confidential and secure manner.
• Communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor and other maintenance team members regarding all aspects of property maintenance.
• Ensure all monies received on the property are deposited immediately and recorded daily while ensuring proper procedures are followed.
• Coordinate orientation and ongoing training programs for the property staff in conjunction with the Regional Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
