Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager for our Edinburg, Texas community. The role focuses on leading an on-site team, handling leasing, and driving occupancy while maintaining strong resident relations and financial reporting.

You will manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and implement resident retention programs in a fast-paced property management environment.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience of 3–5 years.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to manage staff and coordinate vendors effectively.
• Familiarity with property management software and reporting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site team recruitment, training, motivation, and development.
• Handle leasing, tours, and resident inquiries to maximize occupancy.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets and financial reports.
• Administer affordable housing paperwork and reporting if applicable.
• Maintain data entry for applications, leases, and move-ins/move-outs.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and contractor activities.
• Organize resident events and marketing to boost occupancy.
