Avison Young is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead the property management team for assigned properties in Hawaii. The role focuses on maximizing property performance, budgeting, leasing support, and tenant relations, with oversight of maintenance, security, and operations.

The position reports to the Director, Property Management and offers a base salary aligned with market data, with potential for bonus based on performance. Ten-year experience in real estate management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years management experience in real estate/property management.
• Post-secondary education in a real estate or business-related field.
• Designations in real estate sector are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property management and operations for assigned properties.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and financial performance.
• Coordinate maintenance, security, life safety, and tenant improvements.
• Lead and mentor property management staff; support hiring decisions as needed.
• Maintain landlord/tenant relations and regular property/site tours.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor contracts and vendor performance.
• Review leases, provide input on tenancy matters, and ensure lease execution.
