Job summary

Greystar seeks a Property Manager to lead the daily operations of a Denver, CO apartment community, guiding staff, budgeting, leasing, and resident services. You will drive financial performance, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and coordinate maintenance, vendor relations, and occupancy strategies.

The role requires 4–6 years of property management experience, strong leadership and customer service skills, and a detail‑oriented, proactive approach to team management and resident

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience managing day-to-day operations of an apartment community and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to lead and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents and collecting payments, and reviewing monthly reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor/contractor communications and insurance certificates.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes with proper notice.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and supervise maintenance and staff performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety and appearance.
• Assist in client/owner relationships and provide updates on performance.
