Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee a Boston apartment community, managing market, LIHTC and Project Based Section 8 programs and directing site office and maintenance staff.

Responsibilities include ensuring occupancy, staffing, budgeting, and compliance, plus processing resident certifications/recertifications. Travel is required and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of property management supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of conventional and affordable housing programs and regulations.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel; familiarity with OneSite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations and site office staff for the Boston community.
• Prepare budgets, monitor compliance, and manage resident certifications/recertifications.
• Ensure optimal occupancy, staff staffing, and adherence to LIHTC and Section 8 programs.
• Communicate effectively, take initiative, and travel as needed.
