Qualifications

• 3 years of Property Manager experience is required.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, HUD, and Housing Agency requirements is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Warmly greet visitors, prospective residents, and current residents.
• Respond to inquiries to generate prospective resident visits to the property.
• Tour and market apartments, demonstrating market-ready products and availability.
• Coordinate leasing presentations, ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Manage daily leasing operations, renewals, and move-ins with accuracy.
• Input information in Yardi and other housing portals; maintain accurate records.
• Generate renewal and recertification reports and monitor expirations.
• Assist with marketing outreach and maintain advertising accuracy.
