Job summary

Morgan Properties invites applications for a Senior Property Manager to oversee two or more apartment communities, with Regional Manager responsibility for at least one asset. You will lead operations, resident services, and financial performance across your portfolio.

Responsibilities include budgeting, leasing, staff supervision, maintenance oversight, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–10 years of related property management experience or multi-property supervision.
• Property Manager License and/or Real Estate License as required by state or local regulations.
• ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, or RMP designations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and financial performance of multiple properties.
• Direct leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance.
• Lead on-site teams; hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and applicable laws and company policies.
