Job summary

Stream Realty Partners seeks a Property Manager to provide first-class property management for a portfolio of assets, handling financial and operational management, tenant and vendor relations, lease administration, budgeting, and supervision of assigned staff.

The role requires coordinating with various internal teams to ensure top-tier service, adhering to client policies, and conducting regular property inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of Commercial Property Management experience with supervisory responsibility preferred.
• CPM, RPA designation (or in progress) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience interacting with clients, vendors, teammates, and management.
• Experience with annual budgets, ownership reports, and CAM reconciliations.
• Experience using real estate software (Yardi or MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK, or similar programs).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Analytical and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day property management activities, including operations, accounts payable/receivable, reporting, and client/tenant/vendor relations.
• Collaborate with Construction, Leasing, Marketing, and Accounting Teams to deliver high-level service.
• Ensure compliance with Management Agreements and Client policies.
• Conduct routine property inspections and follow-ups to identify and resolve issues.
• Prepare operating and capital budgets, reforecasts, and CAM reconciliations.
• Coordinate contracts, services, repairs, and capital projects.
• Prepare and review financial and operational reports and variance comments.
• Review invoices, rent edits, and ensure GL accuracy.
• Manage tenant lease setup in accounting system and conduct audits.
• Coordinate real estate tax reviews and TI applications for accounting submission.
