Job summary

Odin Management LLC is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead on-site apartment community operations, including leasing, maintenance and marketing. You will drive staff performance and ensure timely rent collection, while maintaining accurate data in our PM system.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a similar role, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software such as Yardi. A take-charge leader is a must for this growing team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum experience in a similar management role.
• Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing, leasing, and maintenance of the apartment community.
• Direct recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Manage financial performance of the community.
• Ensure rent collection and accurate posting.
• Enter leasing data into PM software and maintain records.
• Coordinate tenant communications and notifications electronically.
• Walk vacant units and property grounds; supervise maintenance requests.
