Odin Properties LLC is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead on-site apartment community operations in Dallas, overseeing leasing, maintenance and marketing. The role requires a take-charge leader who can coordinate staff and drive occupancy and financial performance.

You will manage leasing data, staff training, and tenant communications while ensuring timely rent collection and performance reporting. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years minimum experience in a similar management role.
• Property Management Software experience (Yardi preferred).
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.

Mansioni

• Manage all areas of marketing, maintenance, and leasing of the apartment community.
• Recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Ensure rent is collected as due and posted correctly.
• Enter leasing data into the on-site property management software system (Yardi).
• Manage and distribute tenant correspondence electronically, including late payment notices.
• Walk vacant units and property grounds.
• Manage all maintenance requests and ordering of supplies with maintenance staff.
