Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Sr Property Manager in Las Vegas to lead a complex property or multi-owner portfolio. You will oversee marketing, operations and financial activities and act as the primary client contact.

The role requires CRE PM experience, a real estate license, and strong leadership with a focus on delivering value. You will manage budgets, leases, tenant relations, and vendor coordination while ensuring compliance with policies and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Real Estate license and PM Permit required.
• Commercial Real Estate Property Management experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own field, multiple subject areas, and department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mentality.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and mentor team; oversee recruitment and hiring.
• Respond to tenant needs; ensure services comply with policies, procedures, regulations and standards.
• Ensure periodic property inspections and supervise alterations and vendor services.
• Market and lease the property, qualify and show space, negotiate leases and renewals.
• Act as primary contact with owners; prepare and deliver reports.
• Develop and control annual operating and capital budgets; forecast and report variances.
• Collect rent and pay expenses; issue notices and coordinate legal actions.
• Review and reconcile tenant rent and CAM charges.
• Negotiate early lease terminations; document settlements.
• Support property sales by overseeing due diligence and broker activity.
• Develop business relationships through industry presence.
