Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Fresno, California, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our manufactured home communities and multi-family properties. You will manage resources, staff, buildings, roads, and amenities to maintain high standards and occupancy.

The role emphasizes budgeting, profitability, and outstanding resident service, with collaboration across marketing and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience; multi-family and/or manufactured home setting preferred.
• Strong operational, collaborative and leadership skills.
• Experience with Marketing and/or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the resources and assets of the property, including staff, community buildings, roads and amenities.
• Ensure property is clean and attractive to maximize occupancy.
• Partner with the marketing teams to attract new residents and provide excellent customer service.
• Show homes when they become available.
• Analyze, prepare and manage the community’s operating budget to improve profitability.
