Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily community in Alexandria, VA. You will lead a team, manage budgets, set rents, and ensure compliance with housing laws while maximizing occupancy and revenue.

You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance and leasing, and maintain strong owner relations, ensuring service quality and financial performance across the property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to lead and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting and financial analysis for the property.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rents and fees.
• Approve invoices and manage vendors and contracts.
• Control expenditures within the budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease processes, inspections, renewals, notices, and evictions as needed.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and supervise property staff.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety and maintenance standards.
• Manage client/owner relationships and provide performance updates.
