• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• LIHTC knowledge and compliance exposure.

Responsibilities

• Engage tenants with consistent, high-quality service across the portfolio.
• Maintain open communications and post notices, including during emergencies.
• Oversee lease renewals and rent collections with timely follow-up.
• Assign tasks to maintenance staff and supervise turnover to 30 days.
• Coordinate with Leasing and Legal to address tenancy issues and code violations.
• Ensure buildings operate within budget and approve invoices under $1,000.
