The Property Manager is a member of the management team that will manage approximately 280 residential units encompassing LIHTC units, Older Adult Housing/Assisted living facilities and scattered-site residential and retail properties. RiseBoro Property Managers are responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of residential properties and act as a liaison between RiseBoro and tenants. Responsibilities include:
