The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily management, deep affordable housing knowledge (Tax Credit/Section 8), and a track record of supervising teams while balancing budgets and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience, including multi-site operations.
• Affordable housing experience with Tax Credit and/or Section 8.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite staff through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets and variances.
• Oversee property maintenance, vendor performance, and inspections.
• Drive leasing performance and occupancy goals.
• Ensure affordable housing compliance for Tax Credit and Section 8.
• Foster resident relations and community engagement.
