Community Corporation of Santa Monica seeks a seasoned Property Supervisor to oversee operations for approximately 550 affordable housing units across Santa Monica. You will lead on-site teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality housing services aligned with our mission.

The role requires strong operational, financial, and compliance expertise in a fast-paced setting, with duties spanning budgeting, tenant relations, and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property management experience or related field.
• Proven experience managing multiple affordable housing properties with layered financing.
• Strong working knowledge of affordable housing compliance and regulations.
• Must adhere to Fair Housing laws, California regulations, and local rent control ordinances.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, mentor, and support on-site Resident Managers across properties.
• Enforce lease provisions and address tenant concerns and compliance issues.
• Prepare and manage property budgets and operational/financial reports.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquencies; coordinate move-ins/move-outs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Support audits and ongoing regulatory compliance.
