Job summary

The Finger Companies' Quin is seeking a Residential Multi-Family Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maximize occupancy, and drive property value in Schaumburg, IL. You will coordinate tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, and maintenance across 400+ units using OneSite and RealPage.

Key qualifications include CPM/ARM or related credentials, 3+ years in property management, and strong knowledge of leases and fair housing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise on-site staff and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Assist in creating budgets for the upcoming calendar year.
• Physically walk and inspect property on a regular basis.
