Texas Apartment Association seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee a large market-rate apartment community in El Paso, TX. You will lead day-to-day operations, including leasing, occupancy, resident relations, and budget oversight, supported by an experienced onsite team.

• Prior Property Manager experience within multifamily housing.

• Excellent communication and resident relations skills.

• Lead all day-to-day operations for a large multifamily community
• Manage leasing, occupancy, resident retention, collections, and customer service efforts
