CSC Management is seeking a Community Director for a multi-family property in El Paso, TX. You will manage operations, oversee rehab projects, and focus on leasing and occupancy targets while leading onsite staff.

You will ensure compliance with applicable laws, maintain budgets, and coordinate with regional/asset managers. The role requires hands-on leadership and strong communication in a dynamic property environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience managing apartment properties.
• 2+ years managing property teams (maintenance + support staff).
• Spanish speaker preferred.
• Evidence of leadership within the region, the company or the industry.
• B.S. in Business, Real Estate, or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and online databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rehab and property improvement projects.
• Manage property operations and coordinate staff to maximize occupancy and value.
• Lease vacant units by marketing, tours, and applicant screening.
• Maintain budgets and ensure rents are collected on time.
• Supervise onsite staff and coordinate vendor and contractor activity.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and TX property codes.
