CSC Management in El Paso, TX is seeking a Community Director to lead a multi-family property. You will oversee operations, renovations, budgeting, and compliance, with leasing prioritized to maximize occupancy and property value.

The role requires 3 years in apartment property management, leadership experience, and strong proficiency with MS Office and property software. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience managing apartment properties.
• 2+ years managing property teams (maintenance + support staff).
• Spanish speaker preferred.
• Leadership qualities within the region, the company and/or the industry.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Dropbox, Google Drive, and Online Databases like Entrata and Bluemoon.
• Proficient knowledge in basic accounting, reading financial statements, and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional and Asset Manager in the creation of operational budgets.
• Manage the property to perform in line with the established budget guidelines throughout the year.
• Ensure that all rents are collected when due and posted in a timely manner.
• Perform evictions, utility cut-offs and landlord liens as required on delinquent rents.
• Lease vacant units by communicating with leads, giving tours, and advertising the property with creative marketing techniques.
• Communicate with vendor/contractors concerning work scheduling, billings, vendor relations and certificates of insurance.
• Hire, terminate, train, motivate and supervise onsite staff to achieve operational goals.
• Conduct ongoing training with office staff.
• Ensure all calendar activities are conducted in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
• Maintain records on management activity and submit reports to central office.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA and TX property code laws.
• Welcome and show property to prospective residents and handle inquiries and paperwork.
• Approve and sign all lease paperwork, addenda, and commission forms.
