The Senior Property Manager is responsible for direct operation and management, including planning, organizing, and controlling administration, operations, and fiscal management of the assigned property(ies). This role oversees operations and maintenance, life safety, property appearance, human resource administration, lease administration, accounting and finance, security, parking, customer relations, contractual services, and property performance. Specific duties may vary by property.
This position is located in Tampa, FL. This position is on-site. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
