What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of property management experience, including team supervision
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC, HUD programs, and affordable housing compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and vendor management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; OneSite experience preferred
• Preferred certifications: CAM, ARM, COS, CPO, SHCM, or TCS
