ManTech seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Senior IT Property Manager to join our team in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia (Northern) DMV area.
This role involves managing all aspects of Government-owned property across multiple Task Orders supporting various agencies and locations. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about Government Property requirements and capable of ensuring compliance with all internal and external standards.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Managing all aspects of Government-owned property on multiple Task Orders for DHS Components, other Federal Agencies, and locations, ensuring adherence to DHS policies and guidance; supporting audits as needed.
- Coordinating with government property managers and contractors to support equipment delivery and return.
- Overseeing management of Government Property issued to personnel, maintaining equipment hand receipts for the device's lifecycle plus two years or longer if required.
- Providing expertise and support on Government Property matters, maintaining current knowledge of FAR, DFARS, laws, Executive Orders, best practices, and asset management tools.
- Coordinating with Purchasing Departments to reconcile purchase orders, receipts, and asset details, and managing the disposition of excess or damaged Government property.
- Managing cases of Lost, Damaged, Destroyed, or Stolen (LDDT) government property, coordinating with the government when such situations arise.
Minimum Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience and an Associate’s Degree.
- 2+ years supporting geographically dispersed enterprise operations teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with all management levels and teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- DHS and/or DoD experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
Clearance Requirements
- Current/active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain DHS EOD suitability prior to starting.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
- Occasional movement within the office to access files and equipment.
- Constant operation of computers and office machinery.
- Frequent communication with colleagues, management, and clients, including delivering presentations, requiring accurate information exchange.
