Peak Management is seeking a ROCKSTAR Property Manager to oversee 300+ units in Overland Park, Kansas. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for customer service and experience in every phase of a property's life cycle.

Requirements include a minimum of 5+ years in a Property Manager role with staff leadership, strong budgeting and reporting skills, finance, leasing, operations, and a solid understanding of Fair Housing.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
