Job summary

Peak Management is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee 650+ units in the Dallas area. You will lead a small team, drive value creation across the property's life cycle, and manage budgets, leasing, and operations with a strong focus on Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Property Manager role
• Experience managing a staff of two or more
• Strong budgeting, reporting, leasing, and operations skills
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws and compliance

• Must have experience creating and enhancing value at all phases of a property's life cycle.


• Minimum 5+ years in a Property Manager role and managing a staff of two or more.


• Must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing.
