Job summary

Peak Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional for our Grand Rapids properties. You will provide outstanding customer service, conduct tours of Beckwith Place, and apply product knowledge to close leases.

This role requires leasing experience and a solid understanding of Fair Housing. We offer a competitive compensation package with medical/dental/life insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, PTO including your birthday, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public.
• Must have previous leasing experience with solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Must demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customers needs by communicating features and benefits to close the sale.

Responsibilities

• Present and tour community and apartment/models to prospective tenants.
• Highlight features and benefits to match customer needs and close leases.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and maintain positive resident relations.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, showings, and applications.
